Love this school. The staff is very involved and make it a fun learning experience with the kids. All of my issues have been resolved efficiently and my children are handled with care. I can truly say my kids are loved my their teachers and the principal cares about his students

I moved out state to Deltona, Florida. This school does not accommodate outsiders very well at all. By choice, I removed my child from the classroom and teach her myself. With all respect, teachers were just not up to par, and I wasn't going to let my child continue to fail at their hands. I saw no...

I opened DLE in 1982. I planned, developed and wrote the grants to finance the Sand Pine Nature Center that Deltona's current mayor burned to the ground following the 5 hurricanes of 2004. Next to Deltona Middle School its the worst place I ever worked. Even the Supt wants out of Volusia County, but...

Great school. Teachers do love to help. They are very friendly and fun. A lot of parents volunteer as well. Over all my child has learned a lot in a very short time. and there is great comunication between teachers and parents.
