the administrators are very kind , but the food petrifying, and the school is overall tolerable. could use more technology. have more clubs. I recommend that they get better food be more fresh and healthy. have more field trips. I recommend that you send your kids with money or pack them lunch.

Great teachers in all grade levels. Regular, advanced, and honors classes are available. Able to get college and high school credits early in some classes (Miss Mantzke for computers!!) Nice staff and fun activities. Clean for the most part, just sometimes the girl's bathroom isn't in the best condition. No private space to change in the girl's locker room, unless you go in a bathroom stall. Food is okay. Cafeteria is very big with three lunch lines. No auditorium, but there's a wide stage in the cafe. Plenty of electives to choose from. Can opt. out of reading (replaced with an "academic elective" starting this year) if student scores a 3 or higher on 7th grade FSA Reading test. Performing Arts electives are there, such as Dance, Theater, Piano, and Band. Some fights at Heritage, but not too many (maybe 1 or 2 a year). Usually no homework, but unfinished work must be taken home to complete. Teachers will help if needed, and will give out passes to finish work at lunch.

Most teachers don't care to follow through even when the parents are involved nor when the child gives it there all.
