Teachers really care about the students and the test scores are very high. 10/10 would recommend. Discipline is pretty strict, but it seems fair, and the school is clean.

As an employee of a school, one can see the true story that lies behinds the doors of the school. I can honestly say that the administration is awesome and truly cares about the school and the students. The principal knows the students' names and stops to talk or tell a joke with the students. The little caring acts of kindness mean so much in a child's life. The community involvement at the school shows how everyone stands behind the school and is willing to help. I am honored to be a part of this school and community.

My child was a student in the Resource classes at Denham Springs Junior High. She was very well taken care of and was treated as well as any other student in the school. She followed the same curriculum as the regular education students, just on her level. The teachers there all made sure that she n...

The teachers care about the students. They go out of their way daily to help students, even if that child isn't on their roster. It is a wonderful environment to develop the skills to be successful.
