DeQuincy High did not have much to offer, especially after the hurricanes. Once those hit, we lost our gyms and our buildings. We were forced into pods that leaked when it rained and were covered in mold. The only good thing I have to say about the school was the teachers, who tried their best in this horrible situation.

I like Dequincy High School because it is smaller and everyone knows everyone. The teachers are more one on one which is very helpful.

Our principal is very helpful and is genuinely concerned about the students' education and wants to see every student succeed.
