what i like about Des Moines schools is that theres alot of diversity. yes some high schools are more advanced and have more resources then others but from what ive seen and experienced my years at the high school i would say there has been alot of changes that the district has made happened. but one thing i would like to see chnage in the years is the school actully getting you pre paired for college because i know its not going to be nothing like it is right now.

Over the last several years I have enjoyed School here at Des Moines. Over all I would change the favoritism that happens throughout this close knit school. Some kids are favored for who their parents are. The staff as well as members of the community are friendly and always ready to help when you need it. This community is very supportive and encouraging and is a great place to get a good education. I have learned many things here that I would not have learned at other schools. This school also gives students the opportunity to learn very much needed life skills as well.
