Bagley is a breath of fresh air. We moved to Bagley from Fultondale and I was completely amazed at the differences! Yes, it is a smaller community and they are more caring and personable. The teachers and staff still follow the Jeff Co rules meticulously (I love that) yet they don't have that "cold"...
