I loved my time at Houston Academy. The learning experience at HA was amazing and is better than my college. The only reason I did not rate Houston Academy 5 stars is because of Craig Selig. He was terrible for our student body and for the school.

The uniform rules are terrible the administration doesn't listen the attendance policy is the worst of all even if you had the flu a week and had a loved one die you could end up having to go to Saturday school for missing 7 days there is widespread bullying and a lot of the students treat new kids or people from different backgrounds horribly there is widespread racism and the school has no diversity being almost all white

Houston Academy is a fantastically rigorous school. I am an HA alum, and I know my status in college is all thanks to the preparedness I received at HA. However, diversity and different ideologies are not respected. This school has an insane issue with bullying and harassment, as the students do it...
