School has been a challenge for me but it was a challenge that I am willing to over come and I will soon over come it during this current semester. The best parts of my experience were the ability to participate in dual enrollment and the worst part of my experience has been when I almost failed my sophomore year and almost had to retake my classes again. For the most part, there is nothing that I see that needs a major change besides some of the teachers that were difficult to deal with and also the kids fighting almost everyday.

I've been at this school since my freshman year. It's a really amazing school that has a strong sense of Black culture everywhere you go. The teachers are nice and there's several programs to help students if the students know where to look. Even so, I have experienced bullying at this school. If there was a change to be made, I wish it would be the emotional intelligence of the students. I also wish that the students were more empathetic as well.

My kids excelled based on the work that THEY put in and when they did not excel, it was because of the work they THEY DID NOT put in. Families and co...

This school is terrible. Fights break out nearly every day, and the teachers make no effort to ensure a safe environment for the students. The teachers are mediocre, and student performance is below average. Although the performing arts program could be a highlight, even some teachers in that progra...

Last year my step daughter had a bad 9th grade year. She had multiple absences due to her skipping classes. Which I brought to the principal’s attention that she was neither in the bathroom or skipping in the gym. Long story short The adults in that school couldn’t handle the children nor keep up wi...
