GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It's a super small school so everyone knows everyone and everything filled with good people with an exception to a few but overall a great school

Otto has a very large community feeling and school spirit amongst the students. However, unless you have the right last name or are buddy-buddy with faculty you won't get anywhere.

Otto-Eldred Junior/Senior High School is a small school of approximately 300 students in a 7th to 12th grade setting. Despite its small size, I have been able to take 3 to 4 Duel Enrollment classes for college credit every year since I was a sophomore. Duel Enrollment classes require the teachers to do much more work, but our teachers are willing to go the extra mile for us. The teachers at Otto-Eldred really care about the students. My sister has an IEP and needs more academic support in school. We have some of the same teachers and they do a great job of tailoring the class to the students needs.
