Eastland High School is located in Eastland, Texas; a very small town with very little to do. This is reflected in the school. While the school is perfectly adequate, it is just that. Average. I want to see something more from this school.

Through my experience at Eastland High School, I have had the chance to make lasting friendships and achieve goals I never thought I would be able to. My worst experience was that I applied to be a junior ambassador for my school but because I nor my parents had a relationship with the person picking the ambassadors I did not get picked to be one. My best experience is that I got to be a student to my mom who is a teacher.

I think EHS is a great place to get an education. I do feel that certain things should be re-evaluated as we get older, like the student dresscode.

As a parent I was left with a bad first impression when there was no welcome, or orientation, or meet-and-greet for incoming freshmen. Just a hurried and impersonal schedule pick-up night where hardly any teachers and zero administrators were even present. The only contact I've had with school admini...

So I had to teach myself algebra and trig before I started college. they care more about friday night football then they do about your academics. Too many coaches attempting to teach (or not),...

not too bad of a school besides the fact that a lot of the classes are taught by coaches who just sit there and never teach there subjects. being a small town school, most of the students are rated based on last names, so if you're from a well known family you're treated more respectfully than you a...
