GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best part of the Elkhart High School experience from my own experience is the band program. The classrooms are decently sized and the teachers are active. The worst experience is the school lunch, the chicken sandwiches have zero taste or flavor. The fries are not fully cooked, and the tea is not sweet.

One of the best bands I've ever been a part of. A free zero period would be great to have but overall, all the teachers are nice and a lot of the students are nice, too. I wish that I do not have to leave

Dress code is literally the only thing I would change. It's almost as if the school is forcing us to be objectified by not letting us wear certain things because we're distracting. Times have changed, so should school dress codes.
