Mostly great the staff is great at helping the students and being there when needed. As for the start of senior year things get a lil scary for kids as everything starts to come at them rather fast.

this is in a small town so expect to know many people and have a small graduation size ( 2-300) . Elko is very into sports but their are not many AP/ honors classes which sucks if you what those.

I have been at Elko High School for the past four years and my experience has been very enjoyable, many different types of people and groups sports have always had an impact with the school music and are program have many things to offer.

Their lunch portions are small. They are very strict they make students put their phone away and take attendance by how many kids have phones in the holder on the wall. EHS has more diversity than the neighboring high school in Spring Creek. It is a school with solid teachers who have a lot of experience. Elko High School is a failure making machine with very few good teachers. Most teachers belittle students yell in class and give very little instruction. The only kids who do well, would do well no matter what the circumstances. I wish that someone would come and find out exactly how bad this school...
