I've had a fun time there's a lot to do here. There are some very good teachers and some of them are kinda rude and like to target students. But overall a good experience Kelly Rodriguez the spanish teacher is not very nice.

I think that York High School has some great programs. Especially in regards to the arts departments, this school sets high expectations for the students which allow them to get ahead in their interests. I also think that the overall education levels are very high in comparison to other high schools nearby; there are many honors/ AP courses offered and many teachers are highly qualified to teach their subject. If I could see some change, I would like to see less bathroom restrictions as I think it is currently very difficult to do basic human needs such as go to the bathroom. We have a bunch of hoops we need to jump through involving passes just to use the bathroom which I don't think should be the case.

The snobbiness and elitism so rampant in the city of Elmhurst unfortunately carries over to York High School. The school is so huge, many students falll through the cracks. Like the city of Elmhurst, the school also wants to maintain an appearance of perfection and superiority, very ugly attitude.

If you don’t play the politics game your child is ostracized. I am shocked by how much drugs and bullied there are in this prestige school. The parents troll other parents to get them to cover up so their town can stay exactly how they want it. So much racism and discrimination but it gets covered u...

Me and all my siblings has gone through york and unfortunately from when my older sister went there to when my younger sister goes there now. I have witnessed the English program turn into what I would consider heavily left winged very much pushing a agenda on students. The math program is good if y...
