Horrible, horrendous, horrifying. It's like somebody built a school dedicated to only failing. Like, what's the point of it in the first place? To raise money for the government? To start conspiracy theories?

School has not always come easy to me. I challenged myself to take all college level courses my senior year to try to get some credits before having to pay for them. I took these while also playing football. My teachers were all very helpful. They allowed me to come in before school and during lunch periods to get extra help. I have been really lucky to have great teachers. I can't say that there has been a "worst experience." I think that the kids that are disruptive are the thing that bugs me the most. One thing that I think would be great would be to have more hands-on classes for students who learn better that way. I think having classes throughout the day for students who don't want to go to BOCES but do want more hands-on options would be great.

My experience was overall good. There is not much bullying though there could be more clubs and activities.

This is a wonderful school. It has excellent sports programs, in addition to wonderful staff and a great student body. The merging of the two high schools has done great things for the school and its students!

This school does not exist anymore. Southside and Elmira Free Academy merged into one high school know as Elmira High School. It is located in what was Southside, and the old EFA is now the Junior High/middle school with the name Erie Davis Academy. Gone are the days of SHS Green Hornets and EFA Blu...

I have been graduated from Southside High School for 4 years now, but I still hear a lot that goes on there. I am not surprised by everything that has happened since I've graduated because I had seen a lot of things. I did have a handful of outstanding teachers that did whatever they could to help y...

The rating is 5 out of 10 and the rating, overall is C-. If someone was going to move from lets say New York or New Jerse...
