I liked that its a small community which enables students to have a unique high school experience. Being a small school any student cant participate in sports without being cut from the team. Unique events like Spartarama, and the homecoming parade could only be done in a small town like this.

My experience at Esparto High was alright. Most of the teachers either don't care or they use favoritism towards students.

Esparto high school is a really small high school but is a good school because we are more close to our teachers and we have the opportunity to talk to them. Also I participate in a Culinary club, Spanish club and the FFA club. Our culinary teacher take us to cook to the "aromas café" two or three times a year and I had the opportunity to go three times and the other clubs we participate doing events like BBQ's or we meet to do something fun.

The longer my child attends this school, the more she becomes disheartened and uncomfortable. We've had many, many meetings with school 'leadership', and nothing has improved. If you are into football or Ag then this is your school. If you are looking for a well rounded education for your child, this in not the place. They claim to have these incredible programs like a coffee shop for culinary. There are only about 4 or 5 students who participate in the coffee shop. The o...
