I have only been there for 2.5 years and it's been a little bumpy and yes it can get distracting but one thing i've learned is that your future is in your own hands and yours alone. No one is going to hold your hand you're going to have to focus your mind on your goals and take them on. And what I mean is that if your falling the teacher will give you a way back up but they will not put there hand down for you.
