The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall, I'd say that the best part of my experience at Reitz has been the theater program. We have, in my opinion, the best theater program out of all the schools in our area. It is a welcoming and friendly environment with so many talented people contributing. The other aspects of the school are about average. The diversity here is okay, though it could be worked on. I have enjoyed most of my teachers here.

Reitz is a decent public school that gives kids a lot of opportunities to get involved in different activities ranging from band and dnd club to football and volleyball.

I really enjoyed the culture of this school as it fostered a lot of school pride and provided an amazing sense of community. Even after graduating, I still feel very connected to this school. However, I would say that there were some issues with how staff disciplined certain students. There would often be fights among the freshmen and sophomores when I attended and not much was done. It felt like staff gave up after a certain point.

I would rate this school 4/5. The teachers are amazing, and staff. The only downside to this school is that the students are rude, and a lot of bullying happens. When I went to this school I was sexually harassed, and bullied to the point where I wanted to commit suicide. If they could possibly fix...

I do wish at times that they would keep me up to date...
