There's not a lot of people involved with sports/clubs or extracurricular activities. Not many people are really competitive in sports. Some good experiences are assemblies, events, and going to sports games (specifically football). I would like to see the food menu change.

Overall Cascade is a pretty good school. For how little funding it gets compared to other high schools in the district, it has quite a lot of opportunities for education and the staff are amazing. However, there is room for improvement since it is an old school and is in need of repairs. Unfortunately this is mostly blocked by lack of funding.

Teachers try but kids think they are gang members and fight a lot. The kids also don't care about classes. AP classes are offered along with AP testing.

My daughter is about to graduate from Cascade and here’s my assessment of the last 4yrs. Safety of the students (from my outside perspective) is very high. I base this off their response to covid, multiple potential shooter lockdowns and they were proactively alert to my shy daughter being harassed....
