Buchholz is a great high school. The teachers prepared me well for my upper level classes, and there were only a few in which I strongly disliked due to their grading systems. The sports team was also a joy to watch, as they were one of the best in the state.

Sometime I love Buchholz and sometimes it's my least favorite place. Administration makes dumb decisions sometimes and the teachers are not always great, but overall it has amazing academics.

It was an interesting school, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others, but I wouldn't say going here caused me to be less prepared compared to any other highschool in my area. I will say the faculty were quite inadequate when it came to almost everything, especially the student advisors who registered you for classes.

Some teachers here don't really care about there students and don't engage, overall the staff seems to have good intentions as heart, but I wouldn't recommend this school.

BHS is EXTREMELY overcrowded. The resources are severely inadequate for the students they are managing.
