I've been here since fifth grade, I'm currently in 7th. From my past experience it wasn't the best. In 5th grade there was so much going on. The teacher quit and we got yelled at a lot. I hate it when someone gets in trouble, the whole class gets blamed too. Some of the kids are bad and there's so much cussing compared to my last school. All the kids are just pretending when a teacher comes by cause they don't want to get in trouble. When visitors come, all the teachers pretend to be nice but when it's just them, they yell at us for absolute no reason. I don't even think some of the teachers are focused on our learning and more of just discipline. I regret coming here, everyone sucks and I really want to leave but I can't. :(

I am a current sophomore student at the Public Safety Academy, attending since the 5th grade. This school has shaped me into the person I am today. Between the rigorous academics, the inviting and experienced teachers, and the closely knit student relationships, this school has prepared me for me and my peers futures better than any other school would.

I liked that it is an environment with little to no distractions which makes it easy to learn. What I would like to see change is that amount of classes available to high schoolers because there aren't many options.

This school is not a good school for your children to attend. It is extremely strict and gruesome. I mean, a bit of strictness isn't too horrible. When that strictness limits your fun completely, though, it does become a problem. The yard duty and some staff seem to really enjoy pointing out every l...
