I transferred to Fairmont High in 11th grade; I was both nervous and excited. When I walked into the building on the first day of school, I knew this school wasn't for me. The atmosphere is terrible. The people are mean and inconsiderate, and the favoritism is over the board. Most teachers are horrible (a science teacher brought a knife to school the other day). The administration doesn't care about your well-being. Although I don't like this school, my math teacher helped me tremendously. She cared for me and wanted the best. But overall I give this school a 2/10...

i absolutely hate this school. people are mean and rude and love to make up lies about anyone and try and ruin peoples lives through it. i grew up here, i've known most of these kids my whole life and they have turned into the meanest people ever and admin does nothing. people ruined my high school experience so bad to the point where i had to leave because i hated school because of being around those people. so good riddance fairmont. do better!

My experience at Fairmont high was very fun. Coming from a different community I made a lot of new friendships and bonds that will last a lifetime.
