This school is terrible. One good thing though was that I was able to play sports at meridian high school as an eighth grader. I played one season of jv cheer, and another season of varsity cheer. Almost all the teachers here are horrible, and really couldn't care less about their students. I have had a few teachers that have been amazing, but most of them just are bad. Most kids from this school go to the connecting meridian high school, however I am going to a private school. A lot of the kids from this school are mean, and make up lies and rumours. At least there is not a lot of vaping/smoking/drinking happening at this school. There have been occasions where I have been in the hallway and students have yelled things like "shooter" as a joke, however I don't think that they realize how deeply wrong that is. I did have a good experience with the music/arts departement, until I pissed a teacher off and they decided to activily be mean and act like I didn't exist the rest of the year.

This school has no help for me having bad grades for being disabled. The teachers are terrible at getting people’s attention and are too tough in grading. Just like the other middle school I went to, they lie about kids to parents. Again, I am disabled, for their ignorance and my birth i have no soc...

Horrible. The school is fundamentally flawed in more ways than one. Everyone in my grade agrees that the school makes everyone miserable, and we even joke about it being Hell. I want to go to a different school, and I have no clue why this school system is so highly praised.

We recently moved to the area after 10 years in Indonesia and have had a wonderful experience so far. The teachers are fantastic and the curriculum is challenging. I also like the close association with George Mason high school.
