This school has many great characteristics: the faculty is very involved, many classes are spent outside in the sunshine, and students are forced out of their comfort zone. This school, however, can be overly legalistic and strict at points.

Trinity is a great school with a healthy environment. Built around a classical education, Trinity teaches its students how to find the truth, beauty, and goodness in learning. The lack of stress on letter grades allows students to learn for the sake of learning and not be so focused upon always getting that A+. The faculty is always willing to help and they have a very close knit relationship with all the students.

During my time at Trinity I learned to encounter the world around me. To fully engage the mind with what I was studying and to seek truth, beauty, and goodness in every aspect of my life. Trinity's has an incredible faculty, and they go out of their way to help you learn the skills and to share their love of the curriculum with you.

Our son is entering his senior year. We are really pleased with the quality of the teachers, curriculum, administration and students. 2009 Blue Ribbon Winner...Only private secondary school in Virginia so rated for the last 5 years. One child is in 2nd year and has dramatically improved in desire to learn and in performance. Only school I know where older students mentor the younger as a matter of course.
