It has been a great experience! It is a small 1A school so there are limited resources in the sense of the lack of money to create a multitude of options. However, the resources that they do have a quality and I enjoy my time here a lot.

The best part about First Baptist Academy is that it prepares you for college with all the college-level classes and standards. The worst aspect of this school for me is all the homework that piles up if I miss just 2 days of school which is absurd because you shouldn't be judged on the merit of whether you did your work it should be if the work was quality so I dislike it when teachers give students busy work( work to just put a grade in the grade book).

My daughter is going on year 5 here. I couldn’t be happier with her academic learning as well as her growing love for Jesus!

Teachers and principal don’t know how to work with young children or child development and lack understanding of behavior modification in the classroom to encourage positive experiences and tank kids self esteem

I love the school. My three children have gone there and have loved it. My oldest was able to graduate with many duel credit hours and tools that are helping her succeed in college. My son will be graduating this year from FBA.

The curriculum is challenging and above grade level, but accommodations...
