GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I really enjoyed my time at this high school. I did not feel like my base school would have been a good fit for me. Applying to HCEC felt like a better option. I felt it was a very good opportunity for me to get ahead in my learning and future career. I was able to take many general first-year college courses at Blue Ridge Community College so I can save time and money when I go to a four-year college.

They allow you get your associate for free, no other program that I know of offers this and I would this is what makes early college special.

There isn't much inf...

The opportunity is remarkable and the work is pretty well planned,...
