Floyd Central is a great school with diverse opportunities for students. From outstanding visual and performing arts programs and sports to excellent academics, this school has just about any opportunity you can think of for students, and everything is extremely well put-together and organized.

One thing that Floyd Central often struggled with is picking good teachers and counselors. For example, last year we had more than a dozen faculty members quit or get fired from sexual or unprofessional interactions with students, or a lack of being paid well.

There are lots of people you can go to if you need to talk. Most teachers engage in learning and want to help you become better. Great school spirit and lots of sports. They have a variety of different classes you can take and college prep classes.
