Overall Forest Glen MS is a solid school. Had a great experience with most of the teachers. They do care if kids learn something and put a wholehearted effort into preparing them for the upper schools. On the other hand, middle-schoolers are not an easy bunch. Most of them are out of control and lacking basic manners and respect for others. My middle school experience is good (it's all part of a learning process), but I think the schools are way too tolerant towards lack of discipline. Some kids actually go to school to learn something. Also, schools should be apolitical. I don't want to march for any political cause on school grounds during school hours, and/or to be taught by any teacher what political party is right or wrong. Every batch has a rotten apple, so a few politically charged teachers, and a bunch of disrespectful students did not make this school a horrible place. I learned a lot and excelled in many fields. Just wish the learning environment was a bit more inviting.

My special needs twin girls were viciously abused at this school. One was sexually assaulted, she was coming up missing from classes for months then showing new behaviors. I asked to rub cameras to ensure she was in class they refused. My other daughter her hip was broken in October 2024 they refuse...
