School was always a blast to go to. It was the safest campus in the city. There were new facilities being built and made the place look even better.

The education standard is set so low. On paper, the numbers look great: we have the TEKS, the college readiness, but in reality we are not learning to our full potential. In the end, education is in our hands but when your grades are as good as they can be, why go the extra mile to actually learn it?

Overall my experience was a typical HS experience. I do think they need to remove or be more lax on the dress code as they pick and chose who and when they will enforce. I love that Forney has a Virtual Academy option that allowed me to take my courses my senior year on my own time and be able to work and set my own schedule.

We have had two kids at FHS and our experience has been stellar. The teachers are so communicative and truly want kids to succeed. Extracurricular activities are top notch! We have had no issues!

I attended this school years ago, and have been personally informed by others that not only does the problem remain, it has has gotten wor...

I am going into my junior year at Forney and my experience has been extremely difficult. I came to this district as a freshman from Colorado and there was little to no feeling of welcome in the community. The school has a serious problem with cliques and exclusion. I'm sure that it has a lot to do w...
