The teachers are adequate but FMMS does not have a good structure by starting middle schoolers in the 4th grade. The school is also on the far side of town so the majority of students must ride the bus.

students get bullied and staff refuse to do anything about it. My Relative attends and has recently been bullied emotionally and physically, When her parents contacted the school, they refused to even attempt to stop the bullying.
