I think the teachers are amazing. They really try to connect with the students on all levels and are willing to go above and beyond to see their students succeed both academically and socially. As a parent, I have found them to be responsive and very helpful. I think the school itself is overpopulated and overcrowded. It makes it very hard to manage certain aspects in a school that size but I think the administration tries its best.

Poor parking, poorly managed facilities, crowded, nice teachers, nice range of sports, and an absolute hassle to just go to the bathroom at times.

The best part about Framingham High School is the opportunities given. The school gives you opportunities and resources to succeed and encourages students rather than forcing them to take initiative in their lives. As for administration, there are many road blocks and unnecessary acts taken by staff such as questioning students often in the halls and jumping to conclusions.

My chemistry teacher is incompetent and uninteresting and I cant bring myself to listen to him. My math teacher gives us problems and jus...

FHS is a very large high school with an extremely diverse student population. Because of its size and the variety of interests held by its students, the course offerings and extracurricular opportunities are vast. The core curriculum courses are leveled as college prep I, college prep II and honors....

Both our daughters went to Framingham High, after attending Charlotte Dunning. It was and is a great school. (We still live in Framingham and know families with kids currently in the schools). Kids get an excellent education. Our kids took all honors and AP classes, and were well prepared for classe...
