GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

school spirit is felt strongly throughout the town and school. Most graduates decide to stay in franklin so everyone comes and cheers on the football team on homecoming. Friends feel like family at Franklin Simpson!

Many of the teachers seemed very caring towards students and sought to do the best they could with what was provided them, but the administration seemed more focused with appearances and the bottom line more than anything else. They massively funded sports while other areas such as arts, humanities, and foreign studies were left to pick up the scraps left behind. I was hard pressed to consider this school in a positive light.

Students can earn lots of college credit while still in HS. I really like the freshmen academy. My freshm...
