Despite having a kick-ass sports program, school spirit is strangely absent. It's beautiful and clean, but I never actually feel proud to go to LHS. Not to mention the sorry state of the arts department-- not even a drawing & painting class?? Great academics, good teachers, fun faculty, but absolutely no school spirit.

I think this is a great school and I met some of my best friends here. The athletics here are great, the teachers are a mixed bag typically depends on the types of classes but I feel prepared for college.

Linganore is pretty good at sports, but literally nothing else. The music programs are pretty lackluster, and it doesn't really feel like a community. The way clubs time is structured makes it really hard to get as involved as I would like. The building is nice, and most of the teachers are pretty good.

This school is so awful, my other child will not attend, even though it's our home school. We will either home school or she will attend a magnet school for her talents. My older child, who was taunted and excluded here, transferred to another high school. It's unfortunate because the building is at...
