Frederick High School is in a small town with a population of about 3400 in Oklahoma. Small towns love their football and basketball. I started school here in the first grade and will graduate in May. I have been in football & powerlifting all of my high school years, as well as played on the golf team. I have been in choir since the 6th grade & have participated in all the school musicals as well. Attending the same high school as my mom and grand parents graduated from is a nice experience & glad to be a part of that legacy. A school in a small town always has ups & downs to it. The community is almost always there to back up the school when needed. I would like to see the school have more opportunities for students who plan on attending college and be more hands on for that effort.

The best part of Frederick High School is it's outside sources. Many community members have put back into the community and its greatly strengthened our academic excitement as a student body.

I'm giving FHS four stars because overall it was a great high school to attend, but there were a few things that made it dreadful. For example, the dress code. The dress code was too strict. Girls couldn't wear anything that didn't cover the shoulders or go past your fingertips. If we had our bra straps showing we would get dress coded. The cheerleaders couldn't even wear our cheer uniforms to school on game days or we would get dress coded. It is absolutely ridiculous.

Angela Archer the high school math teacher is a beautiful person inside and out. She is very respectful and doesn't play favorites. She is always at school helping and tutoring students. Some students may struggle in her class, but she's always at school before and after for help. She often complime...
