Never seen a school like Smith Station where teachers care so much about the students they teach. The principals and counselors are also very responsive.

Bullying is a major problem in this school and the administration slaps a bandaid on a major issue. The bullied child does not feel supported or comfortable. The bullying culture in this school is still going strong. Talking to staff does nothing. Promises are made to “ keep an eye on the situation “. Then incidents are ignored.
