The best part of Sunnyside High School is its community and students. The Sunnyside program strives to make sure their students get involved in activities and social events. Although Sunnyside has all these opportunities many students aren't fully encouraged to take part in them. I believe with more courage from staff members and teachers more students would want to be involved.

It has been good, i am apart of many extra curriculars, ap classes, and college preparation classes. I would say sunnyside has helped me tremendously in preparing for my future there are a lot of opportunities our school gives us to be prepared.

I liked my time in my school I havent really suffered anything from the school itself or its students. I've been involved in sports and other extracarriculurs that have been really fun and the teachers and staff that run them are clearly passionate about them.

i wouldn't recommend this school what so ever because of the bathroom, staff and more that i could tell. 1) if your trying to use the restroom well you cant even if you tried to do too. Absolutely love it here! Everyone is so kind to one another and you’ll never see any disrespect towards the staff or students. Sunnyside was one of my first school i have ever been in, grate school and teachers as will.

The school has some teachers who believe that their only function is to instill fear and respect of the law. This kind of testy attitude allows them to hyper-focus on behavior in place of learning. There is a hostility exhibited by various staff and PE coaches against outsiders. SSH came on the news...
