Burton elementary has improved tremendously over the past year. Attention is being given to the maintenance and upkeep of the school and it’s grounds now and the school is getting back to being the hub of the community and getting students and parents involved again. Heartbreaking, there is no continuaty in discipline, not enough eyes on the children, not enough parent involement at home or at school

I have 3 children that have been at Burton over the past 4 years and this school is okay, but I do agree with the other parent about more field trips. Growing up out of state, we had fields trips about every two months, of course, we had to pay a little to go (ie. $3-$5 or something), but it is well...
