The political bias and emphasis on conformity is downright shameless. The lone counseler is most concerned with college bound stats. The dismissive attitude has negatively affected many kids whose interests were in Technical Careers. Their needs and skillset are judged as inferior (by the counseler...

Most of the staff are fine on their own, but they have terrible communication with each other, and they promote a very politically biased atmosphere.
