We moved from NJ and toured at least 5 schools in the process. Friends Central was added to the list late and I couldn't imagine if we had missed the opportunity to send our daughter there. The transition has been fabulous she goes running into the school every single day. We are greeted by teachers...

This school has the right combination of stuff you look for in a great school: academic rigor, nurturing environment, and Quaker emphasis on diversity. Main Line can be very cliquey, but we've found an oasis at Friends Central and could not be happier.

FCS is amazing. The parents, the teachers, the kids. Quaker values of every voice heard inform student, teacher and parent relations. The curriculum is organic and child-focused and yet ambitious. Wow!
