I love the new teachers and new staff members. They care about the students. There has been a lot of changes for the good. Although the principal does not speak Spanish fluently, she does understand it. She had been a teacher at Nicolas for many years and love the school. The office staff is bilingu...

This school has a new principal and she is bringing in some great new teachers. She has had to work hard to change the school from ineffective leadership. I am very happy with the direction of the school.

Sadly the school lacks a strong leadership, it is a fragmented group, This school is a HIGH need school, students are performing 2-3 grades below there present levels and the school is not culturally sensitive to the population it serves.
