JCHS is a small town school . There are not many students , and most of the parents work out of town. They have progressed somewhat through the years. I was pretty well satisfied with the way the school handled the Covid 19 pandemic. The staff are a little behind with the Senior class. I missed some college scholarships, that were available, but now have passed my window of opportunity. All in all, it has been a good learning experience for me.

It is a small town school that is only concerned with football and girls basketball. I had select few teachers that actually cared about each students'success and future. Most teachers socialized more than teaching, and assigned busy work.

The best thing about going to a school like JCHS is the closeness of your fellow students. Many complaints that I often heard during my four years included unfair dresscodes, some teachers whose teaching methods were not satisfactory for many, and lack of fun or entertaining opportunities. Regardless, I think my experience was average here.
