School allowed a bully situation to happened and offered no support for child. Child’s hair was cut by another student. Principal dismissed the situation and no action was taking.

It has been HORRIBLE, but I've tried to make the best of it. I think most all public schools would have the same issues, because of funding. Many groups are fighting in Congress to educate teachers on identifying learning disabilities, and until this is done, children will pay the price. Not only in...
