I think General Brown is a wonderful place, it is well diverse. I like how teachers are supportive and take the time for students. We could definitely use better food, remodel a little bit and a 5 p.m. buss

General Brown was an ok school. They have many teachers who can become a very inspirational presence, however the school does not handle student conflict well. They also are not the best at helping their students meet their goals unless they participate in sports or their parents are on the school board.

Administration will make you lose your mind. General lack of interest in the academic success from the people in charge, but the teachers will cut off an arm if it'll help you pass. Football is the school's number one priority, then stopping drug use, then academics. 10/10 recommend being an athlete or one of the "smart kids" for the special treatment; you'll get away with murder while other students are punished for being bullied. Be careful not to use the bathroom too often or the staff will harass you and assume you're vaping. But hey, there's a whole AP course and quite a few college classes you aren't allowed to take until your senior year, and most of the teachers are fantastic and too good for this place.

We raised 4 children in this district K-12. Had a wonderful experience with all of them. Straight A’s through out. All 4 children played multiple sports with mostly very successful seasons. All attended college after graduation. Highly recommend General Brown.

I hate this school. Ive been bullied my entire time going here and was told to just ignore it. The kids are homophobic, racist, transphobic, ableist, antisemitic, the teachers dont do anything about it. I cant wait to move.

This school used o be good, but now it's not good. I went there my final years of high school, and it was a different school than the one I had heard about. There are some fabulous teachers that go out of their way to help students, but some teachers do nothing in their class but talk about sports o...
