The experience was very good in all grades. I learned a lot and had fun while doing so. My GPA was over 4.0 and I had excellent teachers. I feel prepared and ready for college.

GWHS is a really great school with very good academics and sports program and it is the best school in the state of West Virginia. My best experience was when I was playing for the soccer team and my worst experience in GWHS was not being able to enjoy it fully.

Overall, GW is a great high school to attend in WV. There are many academic opportunities given and the sports are generally good. Off periods and off campus privileges are granted to upperclassmen, which is a very positive thing.

The students are never engaged and mental health rates are at the worst low here. If you want to send your child to a h...

Good test scores do not equal a fair and pleasant experience. If you want drama, come to GW. If you want racism, come to GW. If you want a school with little diversity and horrible attitudes, come to GW. I have encountered so much racism going here as a biracial female. The promiscuity is unmatched...
