Gig Harbor High school is a great school. I love the community, teachers, and staff. I have gotten a great education and have met so many people. The school spirit it unmatched and go out for all sporting events. Especially with unified basketball this year. It's so cool to see. I hope they keep up this great work.

Gig Harbor High School is a good school with a lot of supportive people. However, there really isn't a lot of college preparation and counselors aren't very passionate about helping their students. Diversity is lacking, but the faculty tries as hard as possible to be inclusive.

My peers were very rude and the atmosphere is very unsettling. The principal is nice and there is some good faculty but most teachers don't care about you that much.

Helpful support staff, and the science and special education departments, in particular, have been instrumental in helping both of my children to feel successful. Incredible communication from resource teachers and psychologist.

For students who already have good study skills, the academic programs are fine. For students with disabilities and other problems, there are resources. The school ignores everyone else and just allows students to flounder without doing anything to teach them how to be good students. The test scores...
