They fostered a very safe learning environment where we could succeed. I had very good teachers in the honors and AP classes. However, I did hear that teachers that did not teach higher level classes were not the most highly favored. I would love to see the school spirit change. At football games, we were highly spirited. However, for school spirit weeks, it was really only the student council that participated and they had to for their grade.

The best part of my experience was my teachers and friends. I participated in football all four years and was part of two state championship teams.

Higley Highschool was a great school in many aspects but also lacked in just as many. There was a lot of scandals with teachers and students causing stress and displeasure among the administration. It did not bother me though as I focused on my school work and after school activities. My activities were baseball as I could clear my head from everything and just focus on that. Overall, Higley was adequate enough for me to have a good high school experience.

I've had several kids attend Higley High. Overall, it is a good school where I feel my kids received a quality education. Most of the teachers really seem to care about their students. The counseling department needs to be addressed, as there are not enough counselors for the student body, and getti...

I have three children in the district and have had nothing but great experiences. At least two of my children will graduate with almost 2 years worth of college credit, saving me a ton of money at university. I've had children on IEPS and 504s and this district will always do it's best to make sure...

I have a son that is a Junior at Higley right now and he is doing great. I have dealt with administration and counselors and they have been nice, responsive and professional. He had a teacher that was not so great but they are gone. Overall experience has been great.
