Southern Choctaw High School allowed me to have a great educational experience. They offer a wide variety of clubs, organizations, and sports. The teachers are very hands-on with students. One thing that I liked about this school was that the teachers went out of their way to help students learn. Something that I would like to see change is the way that students prepare for the ACT. I would like to see more practice before taking these kind of standardized tests.

I love that Southern Choctaw High School has a family friendly environment. Students and parents have an equal opportunity to get to know the teachers and faculty. Teachers, although short on many, are very friendly and encouraging. The school overall is very welcoming and supportive of one another, making SCHS a GREAT learning environment.
