The overall of the school was about average. it is expanding with new students and that is a bonus. more kids means more involvement with sports and other activities. The staff is ok some teachers are about to retire unfortunately there has been a high rate of turn over is the newer staff there, I assume its because it is a smaller school and the younger teachers probably want to teach in a bigger facility. back in the day Giltner was great place to bring your kids to learn and grow. but as with any place things do change.

I think that this school does very well in uniting students to strive together. However, I think that students aren't very intrigued by the curriculum or by how they are taught. The lack of student involvement is hard for students trying to focus and learn and it can be a struggle to retain the information. Overall the enviorment is good when u consider the type of people here or the community effect on the school. The school's hardware and equipment can be very dated but there is movement to improve that.

Students are over extended too many activities they're expected to participate in.
