Alcorn central high school is a decent school, however they did not provide and foster the kind of academic rigor and intellectual curiosity that I needed growing up. They do not have Advanced Placement courses, but they do have dual credit classes, which I partake in. The attitudes and atmosphere at the school are also aspects that need to be uplifted, but that may have more to do with the students rather than the school itself.

Alcorn Central High School is wonderful, close knit high school. It is large enough where you can find that perfect fit whether it's sports or just clubs. ACHS has truly made me feel at home. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The faculty is amazing. They truly care about my education. I have excelled in standardized exams and I feel that I am prepared to conquer any career path I choose to follow.

My experience at ACHS has been amazing from freshman to junior year. There are so many staff members who care so much about you and your success in the future. I will always be proud to say I was a student at Alcorn Central High School.
