I transferred to a new school in my junior year after moving and still felt out of place by the time I graduated. The students weren't very accepting towards me, and I didn't have any friends. I hated going to school every day.

At Glen Rock High School, the staff is extremely caring and the content learned definitely prepares you for the rigor of college. The school has increasingly put more emphasis on the sciences over the past few years to allow students to easily enter the growing field post- high school. Our building is decently clean and constantly getting renovated like our new library and security works so hard to ensure student and faculty safety.

Overall I had a decent experience. From freshman year to Sophmore year, things were calm. My junior year was terrible being one of the only minorities in the school. They way the administration handled racial and hate crimes against religion and race was wrong and not handled correctly. They want the students to feel comfortable. I did not feel comfy once from the environment.

This school is full of punks. Never in my life have i been more disappointed with what they did to my kid. The bullying is out of control, and when my kid went to the staff to make a complaint, the staff said they don’t have time for it. I find this to be outrageous!

As a former GRHS student now attending a top 100 global university, I can confidently say that GRHS is an amazing school. Most students attended one of the local elementary schools within the town, and the town itself is relatively small, so everyone genuinely knows each other. The environment at th...

I am a current student at GRHS. Unfortunately, I have had a horrible experience at this school, as my peers have repeatedly harassed me for being different from them. Additionally, the teachers here are rude and not in the least bit understanding and supportive. Also the lack of diversity at this sc...

Fantastic teachers and lots of happy students that go on to great schools afterwards. Glen Rock is a tight knit community that has the resources to do whatever it takes to take care of their schools and it shows.
