Legend Springs Elementary's mission is to “work as a team to encourage personal integrity, intellectual curiosity, and human kindness.” The school’s mascot is the Leopard.
Legend Springs Elementary is ranked better than 86.6% of the elementary schools in the state of Arizona. The Arizona Department of Education graded the school an “A” for its short-term success, long-term growth and the growth of its lowest performing students. The Leopards tested higher than the state average in both math and reading. 79% of the students performed at or above the proficiency level in Math, while 77% performed at or above the proficiency level in reading. The school runs with a student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1.
Legend Springs’ priority is to incorporate technology into each student's curriculum and is one of 50+ schools in Arizona that have made a commitment to STEAM. Students in Kindergarten are provided with iPads, while the students in first through sixth grades are given Chromebooks.
Students attending the school use this technology for a variety of online courses. The curriculum offers an educational experience in computer science and robotics and Google applications skills training.

i went to this school from kindergarten through sixth grade and it is the best school ever. i left two years ago but my brother still goes there and loves it. the students and teachers there were always so kind and i actually enjoyed going to school everyday. i was well prepared and everyone there knew me and my siblings by name. definetely recommend it!!
